In my last posting, it appeared the Laguna Beach area was clear of oil. A friend visited the same beach today and unfortunately found a lot of oil globs at the high tide line at 3 Arch Bay (South of Aliso Beach in Laguna). Cleanup crews have been notified.

While this could have been much, much worse, we’re still going to be living with this cleanup for months or years.
